does lack of thirst have a connection to derealization because theres days im not reminding myself to take in more clear fluids...im under crippling depression and heavy adrenal fatigue along with low testosterone. im just gathering feedback if anybody here has dealed with a downregulated immune system whether you had an infection like lyme disease or similar and it caused these complications, thanks!

I did some tests as well and my immune system is completely depleted. My residential flora in the gut (good bacteria) is the lowest it can be. I have "adrenal fatigue" as well (difficult to objectively measure though). Probably next week i get some more results back regarding hormonal and neurotransmitter values.

About the thirst, i don't think i'm feeling thirsty that often but i just drink 3 liters a day regardless of it. Besides that i'm getting sick pretty often due to my immune system.

I'm taking pro-biotics for my gut now and it's actually the first time i'm looking for a physical way to cure myself rather than to go from shrink to therapist. I think the prolonged anxiety has caused some physical changes/impairments and its keeping me longer DRed than probably necessary. I dont know.

Can I ask what the name of these tests are and how you are going about getting them performed?

I don't think the names will help you at all, because it's a Dutch laboratorium and the names are not linked to the method or anything, just fancy names.

I had to send in some poop samples and they analyzed it. It showed my gut flora like the bacteria. It also showed candida or other yeast/infections. And it showed the secondary line of defence of the immune system (i dont know what its called in english, but google translate says: mucous membrane). Well the results told me that the values of my good bacteria in the gut are pretty low, like bad low. And my ''mucous membrane'' was pretty bad as well. It actually explained a lot, because i'm 4 to 5 times sick during a year.

With the other test i had to submit saliva and urine samples (saliva 8AM 12PM 8PM). And they will test the values of: serotonin, dopamine, (nor)adrenaline, testosteron, cortisol. And i probably forgot one :p (i dont have the results from this one yet)

Despite the lack of thirst, consuming about 2 liters of water per day is necessary. Most skin problems are associated with a lack of water balance. If the body does not get water, the skin becomes rough, mucous membranes become dry, the tongue becomes swollen, general weakness, drowsiness, headache, and then loss of consciousness and death. Therefore, with dehydration, it is important to replenish the water supply and rehydrate the body in time. To bring the skin out of this state, you can start drinking enough water and add chaga mushroom to your diet. It is a birch mushroom, which will help get rid of dryness, regulate metabolic processes and restore the function of the stomach and intestines. Remember that your skin gives away the condition of your body.
