things I can do to calm me down:
-4-7-8 breathing
-putting my face in ice cold water
-pho (delicious and relaxes me!)
-singing my favorite songs

things to self soothe:
-paint my nails
-warm showers while listening to music
-hot chocolate
-snuggle my warm blanket
-cuddle my stuffed animal like i'm 5 lol
-doing my make up even if I don't feel like it

things that keep me positive:
-recovery stories
-knowing that I have made it through a lot of difficult things in my past

things that make me feel good:
-cuties wanting my number at the bar
-hot yoga
-getting good marks in school
