A silly movie, my favorites show, getting mad, hugs, holding hands with my loved one, drawing, coloring, puzzles, going for a run, Calm (the app)... Makes me feel grounded and alive, makes me feel present in the moment.

Technically known in the DP world as distraction...

Honestly when it comes to this crap whatever works keep doing it...Whether it be eating gallons of ice cream, climbing mountains, going for random walks at 4am etc etc etc....If it gives you any kind of break from this bullshit keep doing it...

Your gonna be ok miss!

Reduce all levels of stress and take good care of your self physically too...

A native american girl once said to me "WALK" ...."walk under trees and near water"....amazing advice! ....Nature is healing...
