It's gotta be keeping busy for me. I have gotten alot better at this to. I used to take off days at work, lie around, sleep too much, etc....but now what I do is try to keep myself busy and my mind occupied. For example, last week I was feeling pretty DPed, Depression, and had high anxiety...well I took a half day off from work on Thursday...went home took a nap...but got up and did my laundry, went and worked out and then ran a couple miles. This made me at least feel a sense of accomplishment. Then on Saturday morning I ran 7.5 miles in a marathon relay. This is something I have never done and is the longest I have ever run. This made me feel good about myself, because I was able to accomplish something I have never done before even while feeling kinna DPed, Depressed, etc. Then, all day yesterday, though I was tired I went to church and helped my girlfriend with some moving and cleaning all day which made me feel good.
So I definitely say to keep busy. Though your mind may need an initial quick break/sleep/rest I feel it is better to stay busy!
Take care,

Kelson
