Anyone get derealization so bad, they feel as though they're in a different dimension?
It's like closed off from the world.
Literally feel as though you're in a different place. You know intellectually you're not, but just feel that way.

I've had this over a month now.

Yes, the same, to various degrees. Now it's not so bothering, but sometimes it was very strong.

Also it made me a bit socially awkward, because as I was talking to people, I knew they were really there, but at the same time I felt like I was alone in my room talking to someone imaginary. It's like we were each kind of in a different universe and I saw it and the other person didn't know about it, and somehow that discrepancy made me even more self-conscious.

Yeah I was talking to a lady at the store this morning, and it felt like she was behind glass.
