Trauma. Trauma. Trauma. Its always trauma. I didnt even notice it was trauma. Had a Traumatic Event few months ago in April where i was in a pitch dark room trying to find the door and then i got a panic attack. Wanna know why i am scared of the dark? Because of dpdr. Dpdr caused everything for me. Literally. My advice to people with no dpdr:if you experience a weird ass feeling 80% chance its gonna turn worse and worse in a few years, what does ìt turn into? Severe dpdr

Oh and i cant really explain the feeling.. it is dpdr but its like when you talk to people or just go to some place it feels weird... not like out of reality but just weird since my dpdr was mild OK; im gonna try to explain. So you go to your family right? You probably feel safer and have a normal feeling. But, you go to school, talk to people, but its not a normal feeling. Its also 100% mental which is hard to explain. All i can say is its dpdr but like... not out of reality just a weird feeling thats annoying, not terrifying, just annoying ..
