So I've been pushing myself alot more today I woke up and at 7 am began working out hung out with friends and actually left the house a few times today.

Of course I felt the dpdr but I just kept going with my day.

I worked out again tonight just a light work out amd I feel relaxed and a little less fearful since I started working out more recently.

I do still feel depersonalized of course but I feel relaxed.

Has any one else worked out amd felt relaxed but also more depersonalized after the workout?
