hi jason..

i was wondering how much coconut oil you consume? i just bought some virgin coconut oil, and i sucked down 1 tablespoon. how much do you suck down on a daily basis.. and what have been the results?

anyone else who takes coconut oil feel free to answer also.

Hey sleeping,

I don't take it anymore, but I took anywhere from 2-4 tablespoons a day. 4 might be a little excessive, not sure. But I know it's safe.

Good luck. Tell how it goes with the consumption of that gooey stuff. Oh yeah, it's much more bearable when stored in a warmer climate, as the liquid is far easier to down than when it's hard and nasty-ass.

i know this must be the DIE-OFF phase. anyways, today i feel i dunno....

REALLY FRICKEN GOOD! better than i have in weeks. ive never really had a bounce back this extreme.. so im thinking that this stuff actually works.

we'll see how it goes.

All I have to say is that's 100% awesome that you feel better. I don't even remember if I experienced rapid feces discharge such as yourself near the beginning... But whatever you're experiencing, it must be good if you feel better the day after.

this brings up another thing that bothers me that comes to mind now

some girl at my job, when i first saw her i thought she was pretty cute and considered talking to her despite the fact she got a boyfriend.
