I know psychs can be bullshit...I know that DP/DR sucks ass, it's hard to fight sometimes and I know that for me, it's gonna take me time to get through a long, weary diagnostic path but I've realised you gotta be strong....when you have a bad day...something will always pull you through....Trust your insight....
