Feel very bad, im not hungry feel like I have to throw up. My body feels really tense and anxious and dont know where I am (so spaced out). Feel dizzy and its like I want to throw up, like im almost hyperventilating, im also sweating a lot. Im very tired its like I ran a marathon while I did nothing. Im aware of nothing, just sit here watch my life pas by and cant do anything about it

I know...its so terrible. Im constantly worrying. Its confusing and complicated. I need do something but i dont know what. I dont undertsand how this always goes this down.
