If I do leave my house and run errands or go to see friends, depending on the length and how demanding the activity is, I come home SO tired and derealized. For example I went to a small halloween party 3 days ago, I was scared and derealized the entire time, I went to bed early and slept almost 12 hours, and I've been exhausted and dizzy and out of it since the event. I'm only 25, I hate being like this :(

Totally understand this. While social isolation is not the answer and succumbing to the grips of our mentally less taxing comfort zones is not going to help in the long run, going out and pushing ourselves does put a strain on our minds. when I go out it sometimes feels like I just came back from a short expedition to the moon, the foreign unknown feeling experienced out there continues to linger with me for a few days and eventually dissipates. Halloween parties can also be pretty trippy and that doesn't help with the DR. This feeling will pass though, but I get your frustration.

Can you be more specific? I've had similar problems in the past, where I'm with a large group of people and I start wondering "Does every person here have a mind like me? Do they experience the same world I do?" It got overwhelming and I got so scared because I just felt I had totally effed myself up with prior drug use and whatever and that my mind would forever be damaged. But I totally get where you're coming from.
