Im not recovered yet but i certanly got a lot better.

4 months of hell and still counting but im coming out of it!!

quick edit: take l-theanine and dmae, it works wonders

That's great you're doing better :)

I've not tried l-theanine but it sounds like one I'd like so I've ordered some.

DL Phenylalanine (DLP) is a good one to try, as is N Acetyl L Cysteine (NAC), for helping clear the head a bit.

(I always say to buy the cheap sample packs for a couple of $/£ first, which are usually about 10 grams, to try them out if you want to, or you'll end up with a cupboard full of big bags of supplements you never use!)

I liked Tyrosine, followed by exercise, that usually helped me. I never tried DLP. I've heard that works well for some people. Definitely worth a try.

And what was your dosage for each and what brand as well just for the sake of it?
