As well as not feeling like my normal self. I am nervous of myself and feel trapped inside my head and mind.

Is being nervous of yourself a symptom of DP?

I read your post and I'm curious when you say you live in side your head and mind does it feel like your body is disconected form your head and you live inside your head and mind I know sounds kinda crazzzz but I can relate to this. so please let me know reply back soon! Rebecca
