Yes yes yes. All of the bizarre symptoms that come along with DP/DR will slowly vanish once you recover. I didn't think it was possible but I am 100% back to normal after several years of suffering. I had pretty much all of the typical symptoms and plenty more unusual ones, and they are now all a thing of the past. The less you think about it the faster it will leave, I promise
