So I think I want to try gaba supplements... never tried it so I guess it wouldn’t hurt to try... has anyone tried it, other than taking benzo’s but I want to try a more natural gaba that crosses the blood brain barrier. Seen some on amazon with great reviews

I took it for a while when my nerves were bad and it did calm me down. I took it in the evening and felt more settled and relaxed the next day. Now I use either ashwaghanda or St Johns wort instead which is just a personal preference.

Relying on clonazepam longterm is always a bad idea. It's for "emergencies," so to speak. It only masks the issue, and it can cause dangerous physical dependency. If you're unsure about gaba supplements, do more research, and maybe ask your doctor.
I'm not on anything but cbd, I take it sometimes. I would never take pharmaceutical medication again. Any dr I've seen sucks and rather shove medication, instead of suggesting something natural
