Sometimes I can just lose myself in it, and actually enjoy it for a little while.

I'd enjoy it a helluva lot more, though, if I could just dip into it and back out again at will.

Trouble is, the latter part never happens. (Like, it's fun swimming underwater, but what if you couldn't come back up for air?)

Thats what it's all about!
But no one understands that when i try to explain it to them.
What part of the brain do you think gets the most activity when you "engaged"
Thats what I try to shoot for everyday, it's my only feeling of hope, my way out of "reflecting" which when i do get stuck doing that the dp, and obsessive thoughts and dark "heighted awareness" perspective kicks in quick, and hard.
