Hello,

ive never experienced the classic panic attack but certainly states of extreme anxiety and very often its something i would refer to as "internal panic".

Its usually when im outside and/or very stressed that i sort of tense up completely, my thoughts are racing and all over the place and my derealization is through the roof.

It almost feels like im suppressing my anxiety and redirecting it into extreme derealization. I would feel so fucking tense and completely spaced out, yet noone would notice anything.

Often i dont even realize how fucking anxious and stressed i am but when i eventually calm down it becomes very apparent.

Anyone relate to this? Maybe some actual physical panic would even be a healthier response than this shit....i dont know. It feels very unhealthy and sick.
