The writer of Feeling Unreal: Depersonalization Disorder and the loss of the Self and Stranger to myself has started an initiative for studies and has set up a GoFundMe account for anyone who wants to donate if you can awesome if you can't no worries but the more people who join the better it's on Facebook and it is called Iniative for Depersonalization studies, I don't know the exact wording but I'm sure if you search for it you'll find it and his name is Jeff Abugel.
