you ever felt and tought so intense that no one is really exist you are alone and no one is actual humans? im shaking maybe im delusional

Delusional people don't think their thoughts are out of touch with reality. Maybe some grounding exercises would help you. Trying walking on grass with your bare feet and observing what you can see, hear, touch, and smell. If you are very freaked out try taking a cold shower or plunging your face in ice water while you hold your breathe for a couple seconds. Let me know how this works for you.

Hi Pasha. Yeah sometimes. It can be a frightening thought, especially if you don't feel like anything is real. We're all the same as you though, with similar thoughts. Does that not mean that you are not alone and that we are going through a similar experience? Your anxiety sounds really high at the moment. This can cause depersonalization, which essentially switches off your feelings/emotions so all you have left is numbness and anxiety. That's what is happening here. How can you be sure anything is real if you can't feel it is real? You can't really. But you can tell yourself that you have dp/dr and try your best to bring your anxiety levels down consistently every day and see how you feel after a few weeks. You have to help yourself and take back control.
