I don't know what to do anymore lights are messed up ,visual snow, eye floaters,black dots white dots etc
It's getting worse everyday
If you wanna say it's because of panic attack and anxiety no I don't have them anymore I just have low anxiety sometimes

Nobody has ever gone blind from these visual issues, and there's a limit to how bad they can get.

Visual snow and floaters are not related. I occasionally see the dots, but I don't know if that's connected with visual snow. Your attention is on your vision so you are noticing other issues. Light sensitivity seems to be related.

My visual snow has flared up sometimes, usually when anxious and for a while after the anxiety subsided, and also when sleep-deprived. It always returns to a baseline.

Now I have halos, glare, star things, visual snow got worse (it's getting worse everyday), lights are spreading I don't know how to put it, sometimes I have visual drifting,
Doctors says it's because of migraine they gave me meds that helped my headaches but my vision is getting worse it didn't helped my vision

Did you ever try Topiramate? It's quite effective at preventing migraine and it might have chance at dealing with those visual issues. However it also has some unpleasant side-effects.

I used to have migraines with aura where I lost half my vision.

Picamilon was very effective for me at aborting migraines. It's also an anxiolytic and available over-the-counter.
