If the brain is so resilient then why do people have this for such different time frames. Days, weeks, years and years? if it all is mostly from the same thing, stress and anxiety.
I personally think it's the way we deal with it. Like right now I'm not dealing with it in the best of ways so it's more intense. I personally just want to figure out what it is. I just wish someone could give us a definitive answer.
