I posted lastnight about my DP and right after, my anxiety started to manifest itsself and i started sweating and my heart was going crazy. So i looked on the boards lastnight for something to help and noticed that controlling your breathing should help. So i laid down and would breathe deep in thru my nose and out thru my mouth and about after 10 minutes everything kinda went away and i felt normal again. I didn't even feel like my DP was there. I was so happy it kinda went away i thought i was going to be "normal" again. I woke up today and it's back, anyone have any comments?
