I think I have depersonalization again

So here's my story, I've dealt with DP/DR in the past and I managed to cure it by distracting myself and trying to enjoy myself, now I'm constant stress and I can't figure out reality, in the past people couldn't talk to me from a distance, I don't know how to explain it, people add constant stress to my wellbeing by talking to me, I'm thinking of going to a psych ward because I might kill myself if this continues. I don't know how can I deal with both DP and the talks. Please somebody give me advice on what should I do because I feel so lost.

Is there any way you could just avoid people, at least for the time being?

You could go into a psych ward, but it might not be the experience you are expecting it to be. I know from experience. If you think you will get rest and relaxation there, you're probably wrong. They will have no sympathy for your social issues. In fact, they may force you to be social as a condition before they allow you to be released. The psych ward is less like the other sections of the hospital, and more like a prison. Staffed with "doctors" and "nurses", but a prison nonetheless.

If you feel you still need to go, then go. I just had to tell you that, because very few people will, and don't want you to be disillusioned.

In that case, do what you think is best. Being in a psych ward can be beneficial in some ways, and if you really can't otherwise get away from people, in your life, it might be the best option. The other problem is, the probably won't let you in unless you are a "danger to yourself or others", so you'd probably have to say you are suicidal, even if you aren't. And that will impact the way the doctors and nurses treat you. Just another thing to consider.

I've always believed that society needs real asylums. Not a place where people can avoid the penalty of the law, but where people can just get away from the world for a bit. Those people who, for whatever reason, are more sensitive than others, and have more difficulty with their responsibilities, can just get away from it all for awhile. Be in peace, and not be forced to "change themselves" in order to better deal with a society in which they weren't made to succeed. As far as I know, such places don't really exist in the West.
