I truly need to get better ASAP. My dreams are coming true and this has been ruining it :( how can something just come into my life one day and ruin everything Iv worked for and wanted ? I need to get better for myself and my baby. Iv been threw this and I thought the hardest part of my life was over. I was truly happy about everything, the simplest things I appreciated. A couple weeks of anxiety and I’m back in hell ? I feel like my soul was taken from my body. I need a miracle. Or is my luck up because Iv gotten out before already ? I hate that we have no answers or time frame. No one cares about a cold because they know it will go away, if someone could just fucking tell us when we would be better then we could live so much easier but for some horrible reason, no one knows anything about this disgusting problem :( I need to get better, for me, my life and my baby.

Hi
Yes a few weeks of ocd and anxiety can cause dp dr to come about

Same happened to me a month or so of bad ocd and anxiety then bam chronic dr dp

Your hormones i believe can make dr dp worse , reason why I think this is because I suffer severe pmdd and the dp dr is always way worse during different times of the month .
At the moment being pregnant your hormones are wild to develop your baby , estrogen affects seriotion hence why women get pms or mood changes during ovulation.
When your pregnant progesterone is at its absolute highest , some women are great with higher progesterone others can feel it triggers anxiety .
I can't offer advice as you are pregnant and I'm sure you are under the car of a doctor.
But you may find once you have your baby you may feel slightly worse for the first few months as your hormones will take a huge dip down .
But once your hormones even out you most likely will start to feel your old self again I hope so
Hormones do crazy things to us women in not pregnant but I am very much affected by hormones so i get how crappy your feeling .
