Hi my name is kyle and I think I might be suffering from Depersonalization
I'm 18 and I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and weirdly my vision started to go funny after that so I had a eye test and nothing was wrong with my eyes, I was stressing so much about it and thought I was losing my mind. Now I feel like I have no control of body and I'm losing my mind. I feel horrible, I act normal but inside I feel terrible, nothing feels real and I honestly feel like I'm dead. And it's gettjng worse and worse every day and I'm scared it's going to take over my mind and I'm going to turn crazy, I was just wondering how bad does DP get because I feel crazy

I've had dp and dr on and off again for years. Mines was trirggered by the flu last year and I still haven't recovered.

It can get pretty bad, however you're one of the lucky ones as yours just started so that means you can recover.
