Sorry no one replied, the answer you seem to seek is in your anxiety.
I get not all DP is caused by it, totally before I get hate mail.
You seem in a state of panic, i believe strongly in medication because it helps me as well as good living, first thing, go to your doctor

I don't know anything about Psychogenic Coma.
But the internet is full of both psychological and physical health conditions.
It's often makes you afraid to think about these conditions. And it is natural to feel that you might have a certain condition that you read about in the internet.
