I was watching a video that i was particularly invested in and very focused on and suddenly, something came over me. I felt a sort of wierd pressure on my brain or something. The sound of the words from the video where super loud suddenly and overwhelming and i almost felt frozen with this happening with a very wierd sound. If you cover your ears and clench your teeth, youll hear the sound im talking about but i wasnt clenching my jaw during this, it was just a huge pressure i felt in my head...could this be a mild temporal lobe seizure?
Ive had alot of tinitus and ear issues since my anxiety and dpdr issues started because thats just a symptom of stress but this is just plain wierd. Im planning on getting a full physical done including an MRI of my brain because something doesnt feel right...

definitely get checked for temporal lobe issues. not sure why it isn't on the top of everyone's list. DP and head pressure are symptoms. I got scanned and am all clear

"There are eight principal symptoms of temporal lobe damage:

  • Disturbance of auditory sensation and perception.
  • Disturbance of selective attention of auditory and visual input.
  • Disorders of visual perception.
  • Impaired organisation and categorisation of verbal material.
  • Disturbance of language comprehension.
  • Impaired long-term memory.
  • Altered personality and affective behaviour.
  • Altered sexual behaviour."
