man in psych class we watched a video on panic attacks...I was already scared about having a panic attack as I ended up taking xanax today for frekaing out over eating a sausage egg and cheese biscuit (too many calories, was convinced I'd eat something healthier), and anyway I made it through the video fine, but this one girl was crying b/c she had gone through some panic...I helped her out with it, so did the teacher (well I only said a few things but i felt good...mostly good because I was further along in progress..i hate to say it it sounds mean but it's true in a sense, unless her panic isn't that bad)

anyway i recommended a book to her and i'll post it here because it REALLY helps

"Stop Worrying and Start Living"
by Dale Carnegie

it's like seven bucks

it will help you not totally but it's a good read, definitely more on my side of things as i'm not the Claire Weekes "breathing exercise" type..that stuff ties me up in knots.

person3, that was a very kind thing you did helping someone else. When we help others we are also helping ourselves become stronger. Being there for someone when they need help makes you feel good about who you are. I believe when we reach out to help another there will always be someone there to help us when we are in need. Have a nice day and remember to do something nice for you today you deserve it.

gem.
