I WAS DOING SO WELL THESE PAST MONTHS AND I HIT A ROADBLOCK.
THESE SETBACKS CAN SOMETIMES MAKE YOU WONDER IF YOU'LL EVER PULL OUT OF IT. SORRY FOR THE RANT.

the better you handle the setbacks the less intense they are and less frequently you have them.

I couldn't have said it better myself. When you overcome it, you make yourself stronger by lowering the fear.
