When I went to the ER they did so many tests.. I'm thinking what if they missed something? I just feel so sick and out of it. That and my anxiety is basically screaming "YOU'RE GOING TO DIE" into my ear over and over again. I don't even feel a little real.

It sounds like you're worrying is the cause of the dp symptoms. You need to find a way to stop worrying and obsessing.

What's the worst that could happen? You die in your sleep you wouldn't even know. You would then be relieved of your DP/DR. These thoughts are what kept me sane during my worst moments. I sleep like a baby now.

Try drinking some herbal tea before going to bed. Herbal meaning no caffeine.

If that doesn't work, tell your doctor about your pre-sleep anxiety and maybe he'll prescribe you some xanax to take before bed for a short time.
