I feel craaaazy today

I really feel like I'm losing it today. I can't sleep because I'm so scared and I honestly feel like I'm in another dimension. I want to go to the ER but I know they can't help. :(

also my thoughts are all over the place and not making any sense. i'm disoriented and can barely tell where i am
