How old are you? Do you have a normal daily schedule? Routine things you do? School? Work? Try to keep busy with activities. Do some light exercise, since I imagine last thing you want to do is go for a jog or anything intense. Force yourself to get some light activity. Get a nice sweat going. Sometimes I have to force myself to get started. But after a while I just start to take out all of my frustrations through doing some exercise. Sometimes the feelings are too overwhelming to want to even move, but if you can...try. Drink and eat things that are good for you. Keep writing on this site...get your feelings out, talk about them. Whatever you do, JUsT HANG IN THERE. You are not alone.
