I can't stand to stay awake for more than a few minutes, my brain cannot consume reality.

It's like none of this is happening.

I dunno what things are.

Yeah I know thats the crazy thing of all this.

I can function.

But its really like none of this is happening or I don't know what the hell I'am doing when I am doing so.
