I know it's been a while, but i've just been going through some real shit recently.

I wanted to talk about a new symptom/side effect?? that i've been getting with my solipsism-type derealization. (I have nothing else to call it right now). Basically what will happen is i'll be watching YouTube or TV, and people will talk for a while and whenever I try to think anything it always feels like I'm thinking the words being said on the screen in my subconscious a split second before they're actually being said. It'll give me this small deja vu feeling and it honestly freaks me out.

Every time this happens the feeling of being the only one controlling this world gets stronger and stronger and sometimes i can't help but break down and cry. But it never feels like I'm actually crying. Whenever I speak about it all my words feel fake and preplanned, and like I'm just acting and part of a movie.

I've tried so many times to disprove solipsism, but the coincidences just keep coming back. i don't know what to do anymore. I literally backed out of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation with my family because of this.

I just don't think I can do this anymore.

(I'm sorry if this post is a mess. It's midnight and I'm on the verge of a panic attack.)

Hey Kibble.

I once had that issue but not in that intensity. Actually you strenghten that pattern and create a vicious cycle :(

I mean everyone actually pre-thought things. You just seem to over-analyze and be hyper-aware and you interpret to your created pattern. It might be caused by high stress in your body and cortisol. And you seem to really not in acceptance with your thoughts. I mean you can think that way if it helps you, "What if you pre-thought things so what? Everyone does that. It's normal. It shows me that I pay attention or I'm smart or I have a great gut feeling." It's mostly about perception. It's really all in the mind. Have you ever looked up for Mindfulness? If you could learn to accept your thoughts, I think you would feel so much relaxed.
