When I relax my chest and start taking breathe into my abdomen all of my dp/dr symptoms disappears for a while but then involuntarily again my chest gets tighten and start breathe into my chest and feel tightness in my chest then again if I relax my chest and voluntarily take breathe into my abdomen I feel relaxed from the symptoms......

When I start involuntarily taking breathe into my chest, the muscles of my stomach automatically get tighten and i involuntarily sucken my stomach in....

I feel like you might be hyperventilating? This can be a cause of dpdr, at least that's what I've read online. You've taught yourself to breathe incorrectly, often this is caused by stress/anxiety. Too deeply, too often, in the chest. Try breathing exercises maybe? You can google them.

When I had my psychiatric breakdown I was slightly hyperventilating all the time. Awareness of breathing and other aspects of physiological state may be able to help this. It sounds silly but in some people it can be momentarily more effective than drugs.

Recovery from anxiety took me many months. I don't have as much anxiety and depersonalization as I used to. It's a continual effort to this day. You sound determined so I think you'll succeed. Sometimes going with the flow is helpful, accepting that you feel strange in the moment and not fighting it.
