Yesterday, I was just suddenly worrying I’ll get a panic attack and about a couple of hours later I got a panic attack but it was just starting where you start to forget where you are and why are you there and forget why were you doing something, I just jumped from my bed and started to move around and just talk out loud or something, then I took deep breaths and also one where I breath in for 2 seconds and hold it and then exhale and hold it for 2 seconds, I don’t know how but I snapped out of it, is this a good thing? I still was shaking a little but I calmed down, and I didn’t feel exactly how I would feel during a panic attack, like detached and etc, it was all normal.
