I am not sure if I am doing this correctly...I am new here and just found out today about DP in therapy.
I am scared and wondering what to do next.I hope to learn a lot here.

it is a hard diagnosis to receive and some bad times could be ahead. but always write or ask whatever is on your mind here. there will always be a helping word from someone.

Yeah, don't worry that much about this. I just came from hppdonline forums and here is my representation of those people in comparison to here:

Its much better here and the majority of people get much better. The best evidence for this is the limited number of posts for most members. I know once I get better i'll put all this in the past, although I know it'd be best to come back and help out people new to this disorder.
