It’s been 10 years of chronic DP 24/7 and 12 years of unnoticed DP ( I just knew something was off) . Ive come to the conclusion that I’ll probably have this for my whole life.

Sorry to hear this. How has life been for you? Ive had this for almost a year now, how does one view their DP when theyve had it as long as you?
