Ive been reading on this subject alot lately. I know my blood sugar is screwed up and I have the symptoms of severe hypoglycemia. I know it may only play a small part but it may be aggravating my anxiety. Starting tomorrow Im going to try to switch over to a better diet. Its amazing how much our diet plays a role in how we feel emotionally.

Nutrition is very important. Eating a balanced diet is necessary if we are going to have good health. Our body and mind can suffer if we do not eat properly. Hypogycemia can cause many problems, I have lived with this for many years. It can give you the feelings of dp/dr if your sugar goes down. It can make you feel anxious and unwell. People do not realize how important food is.
