Im super hyper aware to sounds, and i work at a tire shop, so u could imagine concentrating on every sound would kill somebody mentally

so b4 i go to work, i pop a 1000 mg fish oil, does the trick, i can work with no worries, or its just very less worries, idk its a life saver

maybe try it, idk

i do try to work without it, i just have it on me just incase, i pop it every day, and another 1 just incase, but it helps

Magnesium at night has really helped me relax. B vitamins, turmeric and some passion flower does the trick in the morning. Don't know where I'd be without them.

Strange as it might sound, basic mint & spearmint herbal teas always calm my anxiety (including things like hyperawareness). I would give it a try :)
