Hi please I need some help! I’m 35 years old. When I was 15 I was taking The fat burner pill called stacker three.

I went from 220 pounds to 160 pounds in a matter of two months not properly eating well. And around the time I smoked marijuana and that was my first time. After I smoked I felt like everything was shrinking and I can hear my heartbeat! Since then I woke up and off anon I would have these episodes!

I feel like nothing is real like I’m in a daze or a dream!! Throughout my life they would come and go it’s stopped for a complete seven years.

back in June I got my first Covid shot which was Pfizer after receiving it immediately I began to get sick from the shot it did not agree with me and-

it made the DDD thing come back I have never seen a psychiatrist or have been diagnosed with this disorder I’m just going by what I hear.

I don’t know what to do or how to deal with it can someone please help thanks
