I started experiencing mayor anxiety and dp dr problems around November last year and it was really intense since I experienced anxiety attacks every single day, now in summer the symptoms have close to faded away but I can feel it merge again after the light is fading and darkness comes, I'm really scared for it to come back since I've finally started to enjoy my life again.
I can feel my self reacting to the darkness, and its nearing to 4 hour daylight days..
Where I live in Norway above arctic circle its sunny outside 24/7 in the summer and recently the days have started to get darker until winter which is when it will only be 4 hours of daylight.
Any tips?
