How to regulate and stay in strong emotion because i feel emo. numbness,

what is the way of getting out of it.

i have emotions but very short time.

i don't have very strong and long lasting emotions.

how to correct that?

i had a traumatic event in my life which is cause of dissocation. or dpd.

after that i can't regulate strong emotion in my life .

I have a lot of trouble with this myself. I've been on a mission for years to discover things I can focus on to make me actually feel stronger emotions longer. Like my art work actually makes me happy while I work, or saving an animal at my clinic makes me proud. Short lived emotional outbursts but at least it's something before I blank out and go numb again.
