hey guys Get rid of

What best to do if you have a fear of your own existence?

To try to think about those thoughts and fears that arise ? or the moment they rise don't pay attention and let the anxiety go up and down with the thought that goes by?

This is the only symptom I have Fear of my existence and I have no idea how to get rid of that Fears .

This all happened after a bad experience of cannabis smoking

I had this exact fear too. I thought no matter what I did in my life, even if I felt happy, I would never actually be happy. However this will pass and is just an anxious thought. I rarely think about it now and even when I do it just doesn’t any impact anymore. Something that really helped me through this was a book called “Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts” by Sally M. Winston. Still try to do therapy or go to a doctor though. No matter how hopeless things may seem, hopeless is only a feeling.
