Im sure there is a great range of prices, based on quality of doc and country, but for an `averagely` priced doc in the UK how much could i expect to spend per session?

Prices vary, and some therapists use a sliding scale. I only pay $40 per session. My therapist's rate is $140 per session (50 minutes).
