How many people start the morning with a negative thought? Is it possible for all of you on here just to write down the first thought they have when they wake up in the morning. Just be interested to see the difference between people who have a positive thought and people who have a negative one.

We are always faced with the choice of what kind of thought to focus on:

- Good
- Bad

If we object to the way we feel without making a conscious choice and are with-it enough to post on the Internet, we have the capacity to choose between the two.

If refuse to choose Good, it is because we choose instead to play the role of victim. That's our freedom.

It sorta depends on the day. I usually feel sorta out of it when I wake up... Like I have perminent morning DR or something!? SO I ALWAYS be sure to just take the opportunity to just aay and slowly wake up! Now depending on how I feel during that time depends on what My first thoughts are (lol besides "dont get up too fast") if I am feeling with it I usually wake thinking of what I have to do for the day and I guess in a pleasant mind set. When I wake tired and feeling out of things I am thinking how I have to go to work! How I hate feeling this way! Why didnt I lay in bed longer!? Oh I shoulda gotten more sleep! Whatever that comes into mind that I choula done to have felt better in the morning or whatever I HAVE to go do so shut up about feeling bad already!
Did that make sense?

When i wake up in the morning and i feel so strange usual it's so hard to do possitive thinking. The first thougt is not something that i am aware cause i am automatic in a panic state from the way i feel and see the things around me.
My only way out is to try very hard to focus anywhere else expect the way i feel.

Mornings are very bad for me..As soon as my eyes open I feel in a brain fog..Then I start to question myself, will this be the day i totally lose it... :?
