I am having pretty good day! Yesterday and today actually! DR free both days and virtually anxiety free! Just enjoying the nice weather! I was just wondering how everyone else here is doing today!?

I feel like crap

and at the moment i cant frickin breathe either, does this s*it enjoy doin all this or what??

not even sure if its DP anymore, think im just basically deranged :?
