I think it depends on the individual, how well they know you and their attitude to mental disorder.

I imagine that others see me as being a normal person.They can?t see my sickness from the outside.that's only because they can only see my body not my soul.

My God, I don't even want to think about that. I think people just think I'm "normal" though as that's how I appear on the outside, no one ever knows what's going on inside. And I am normal but you know what I mean. Sometimes I think I'd prefer it if people could tell as then I'd have to be in hospital and then at least I wouldn't have to go out feeling like this.

well, i'm a pretty big guy, and well known for my physical strength, and have overheard friends of mine talking me up to other people. so with no pride or vanity, i must say i generally feel that people look up to me. i suppose it's the old alpha male thing.
