Not sure what you're looking for here. But, my dp started by intense anxiety from family problems. Drugs can be a cause, and so can the other factors that you have mentioned. Hope this helped.

PANIC ATTACK!!!!

I had been free of them for 4 years. They say they peak at 10 mins, but this one lasted 8-10 hrs. Never woke up the same

I don't know...I had some OCD symptoms before my DP/DR started, but I don't think it's what caused it.

Abuse. I was very depressed and suffered from anxiety for several years, then it turned into DP/DR
