idk man, if i were u, id stop drinking caffenine, so like no sodas, i use to have crazy anxiety but just dropping that in like 2-3 weeks i felt calmer, maybe itll stop that feeling or something,

and doesnt mean an end to soda, u can still drink root beer, sprite, orange crush,

but if u dont do that it doesnt matter, maybe talk with a physcastist, he'll probly put u on an SSRI or xanax, idk but u dont have to take it forever, i took a pill for 3 weeks and got off but in those 3 weeks alone i got a lot better, like brought me back to earth

Hi before I got dp I was having panic attacks that felt like you describe
It felt like surges off adrenalin pumping though my whole body , most noticeable in my chest and neck .
I couldn't put into words the feeling to any one at the time but it was the most horrible intense scary panic attacks off my life .
So yes 100% its anxiety/ panic hard to belive but look at dp who eould think anxiety could produce dp which is such a bizarre experience.
Don't run away from the feelings say fuck it bring it on give it to me . Guess what if you say that to yourself and REALLY mean it ,, no panic attack, its all a mind fuck
